#6 was extracted and socket preservation by the previous dentist in Feb 2018 but with Synthetic graft Guidor Easy Graft. Can you place implant here?

One of my friends said no you can’t synthetic never totally resorbs and implant won’t integrate.

Local oral surgeon said he would it’s been long enough should be ok.

Look at the CBCT there is some weird radio opaque body there. Root Tip? Encapsulated bone graft material?

To be honest, I don’t have much experience with synthetics.

But I asked @plaquechyna  and @Joelle and they told me that it takes a really long time to turn over and that there are still sometimes granules left after healing. It’s now been several years so its been so long it should be as good as its gonna be. And to me it looks like a small root tip there at the apex. If there is enough volume there for you, then i think its as good a time as any to attempt the surgery.
