42 yo male with no Sig Med Hx Presented with loose anterior bridge, rampant root caries and generalized moderate chronic perio. Extraction of unrestorable teeth and grafting with allograft and collagen membranes with periosteal stabilizing sutures (ribroast technique) was done, acrylic partials were made and patient returned after 5 months for surgery. Digital wax up was completed using CT scan, IO scan, IO and EO photos. We placed implants for 5, 8,9,11, 13 positions based on prosthetic plan. Surgical Pilot guide was printed in house. Patient returned after 3 months and temps were printed in house on OnX sprintray resin, and ti bases, contoured with flowable. Patient will return in 3 weeks for final scan and redo crown of #7 to match final. Sorry no Pre-Ext or BG Pics
