There is a bit of inconsistency in the resources I've found online about coding for Overdentures.
I'm going to lean towards the ones posted by the ADA. There is another reference posted on Dentistry IQ that has some differing codes.
D6111 implant/abutment supported removable denture for edentulous arch
D5876 – Add metal substructure to acrylic full denture (per arch)
D6055 – Connecting Bar (implant or abutment supported) [If you end up doing a bar overdenture)
D6191 semi-precision abutment -placement.

D6192 semi precision attachment - placement (This procedure involves the luting of the initial or replacement semi-precision attachment to the removable prosthesis. Code this for each implant site.)
