I'm looking for a bit of guidance as im anxious about my patient. I did implant placement with bone graft and prf, after 14 days i recalled my patient for suture removal and saw dehiscence . It’s my first time using bone graft and PRF. im no expert here, im a beginner! The patient said no pain experienced but really worried about the dehiscence. Would love to get inputs on how to avoid this on my next ones. thank you!

Don’t worry about it. Things always look scarier than they really are at first. Just give it time.

It always looks scary if the flap opens. To avoid that you should reflect a large enough flap and make sure to release the fibers that are causing the tension within the flap. Send follow up pictures of the case

It’s important that when you suture that your flaps are not under tension and that your sutures are not too tight. Suture type and it’s handling are also things to consider.
