I attached a screenshot of the CT and my planning to tackle an all-on-x case, patient information has been left out of course.
I would highly value and appreciate your feedback in addressing some of my questions.
Implants from patients right to left #1,2,3,4 Implants: Nobel Active
#1 Implant - 4.3x10mm (Bone height ~13mm; Bone width: ~ 9mm) #2 Implant - 3.5x10mm (Bone height ~15mm; Bone width: ~ 5.45mm) #3 Implant - 3.5x10mm (Bone height ~13mm; Bone width: ~ 5.5mm) #4 Implant - 4.3x10mm (Bone height ~13mm; Bone width: ~ 7.5mm)
How does the arch alignment look for the edentoulous ridge?
Implant #1 seems to be far enough posterior for adequate placement, Implants #2,3 are placed at the canine region, and implant #4 slightly distalized to avoid the left maxillary sinus. Based on the information given, is there anything you would alter in this plan?
Implants #2 and #3 are also selected as 3.5diameter due to width of the crest. That being said, the width is measured at ~5.50mm. Of course, a 4.00mm would have been ideal however, in this case how do you feel about the 3.50mm to support such a big prosthesis.
