Take an open tray impression. You need to have made a window in a stock tray. Then fill it up with heavy body.

At the same time, express light body from the facial and lingual aspects, all around the jig.

Seat the tray and swipe away the excess so that you can clearly see the access holes. Pluck out the PVS from the access holes after the material has set up.
